Bank Tabs

The guild bank currently has four tabs: General Mats, Gems and Glyphs, Food and Buff, and Expensive. Here is what each one should be used for.

1: General Mats: This is a tab which most have access to, it contains general mats for leveling your skills, enchanting your gear, and crafting items to be used by you or your fellow guildies. Things that are not useful, greys, whites, even old greens, etc. should not be placed into this tab ever. If you wish to put gear into the tab to be disenchanted tell an officer you are doing this and they will pull them out, shard them and put them back in. Otherwise place nothing but actually useful crafting mats into this tab.

2: Gems and Glyphs: This tab is for you to store gems and glyphs that you think might be useful to your fellow guildies, feel free to withdraw these and use them on your characters, of course do not withdraw them to sell, we watch out for that and it will have serious repurcussions. Do not place anything other than gems and glyphs in this tab without the express permission of an officer or class leader.

3: Food and Buffs: This tab is for buff food, and other buff items to be placed in. If you make a few extra fish feasts and want to give them to the guild, this is where you would put them. If you make flasks, elixirs, etc. this is also where you would toss them for the use of fellow guildies. Do not take these items out for personal use, they are to be used on raid nights or any time you are asked to raid with the guild. I have most flasks neatly set in twos to be withdrawn and used on raid nights. There will be more in the future.

4: Expensive: Just what the name implies this stuff is expensive. It is put here to be given out to guildies to gear them, enchant gear, patch pants, etc. World drops which we get from raiding shall be put here til we either sell them or give them to a guildie. This is also where we shall put stuff like primordial saronite, high end enchanting materials, and general other stuff that we don't believe should be used except in the interest of the guild.

If you do not have access to any of these tabs it is probably for a reason, just ask any officer for explanation, also if you need any of these, officers have access to all these tabs and will give items out on a case by case basis. Do not expect to be given anything to sell, and please do not sell anything you are able to withdraw, this guild bank is there to help the entirety of the guild.
